As part of the cabinet meeting of the state government at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences, Minister President Michael Kretschmer planted a tree together with District Administrator Stephan Meyer, Rector Prof. Kratzsch and Johann Scheffel from the student council. This was the symbolic starting signal for the implementation of the green classroom on the campus axis.

The Student Council supports the efforts of the Vice-Rector Education to make the campus greener and friendlier for students. We represent the wishes and suggestions of the student body and can participate directly in the planning and implementation.
