Organisation

The Organizational Department is responsible for the internal administration of the student body. The Head of Department is supported by the Technical Officer and the Office Specialist.

Tasks

  • Checking the documents used and published by the StuRa for completeness and up-to-dateness
  • Keeping the minutes folder
  • Keeping an attendance list during meetings
  • Arranging appointments with contact persons at the university and participating in these with subsequent minute taking
  • Maintaining the key list, signing key applications
  • Supporting other departments as required
  • Familiarization with and revision of StuRa regulations, guidelines and templates with the exception of the documents of the Finance Department
  • Carrying out round robin votes
  • Distribution of mail
  • Planning, preparing, conducting and following up on meetings of the student body in its university-wide committees

Tasks Referent:in Technology

  • Maintenance of workstations and rental laptops
  • Setup of workstations and network drives
  • Maintenance of printers and other technical devices
  • Communication with the university and the HRZ in the event of technical or IT problems
  • Maintenance of the StuRa website
  • Ensuring data protection
