Are you registered in Zittau or Görlitz but spending your semester break somewhere else?
The Bundestag election is on 26.09.2021 and you are only entitled to vote at your main place of residence. So that your vote is not lost, we would like to remind you with this email to apply for postal voting documents if you are not voting directly at your main place of residence on 26.09.2021.
The city of Görlitz offers an online form for this purpose. All students registered in Zittau can find the online application on a website provided by the city of Zittau.

The corona pandemic has once again made it clear to all of us how much politics determines our lives. Therefore, use your vote to see your opinion represented, even if you may not otherwise be very interested in politics. The Wahl-O-Mat helps you to compare your own opinion with the program of the various parties. At DeinWahl, you can take a quiz to see which parties most represent your opinion based on their voting behavior. This year there is also Wahltraut, a site that has checked the party programs (only 5 parties) for points such as equality. 
The KSS (Konferenz sächsischer Studierendenschaften) has checked the election programs with regard to us students, you can find everything on the KSS website.
